In our opinion, Restaurant Amuse is Perth's best fine dining restaurant. And we couldn't have wished success to a more deserving couple - Carolynne and Hadleigh - who run their business with skill, flair and passion. Sommelier Michele, with his knowledge and passion of wines both in Australia and abroad, is a great addition to the team.
