When sommelier at Amuse, Michele, was asked in an interview for the QANTAS magazine which was his favourite wine under $20, guess who he picked? Yours truly! We are flattered and, to be honest, surprised that out of all the wines available on the market, our humble little 2011 Merlot Cabernet was selected.
The 2011 Merlot Cabernet is available only at cellar door for $20/bottle and $175/case.
Our wines are honest expressions of their site. No artificial additives, just some sulfur to preserve the fruit which we tend with dedication and passion.
It goes to show that often less is more when it comes to wine.
